Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa Oasis

Azure Palm Hot Spring Resort and Day Spa Oasis was absolutely the best experience that we had while visiting Palm Springs. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed and relaxed. We were just here for the day, and the Spa front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that we were well informed of all of the services available at the Oasis. Once changed and at the Oasis, we quickly found a mineral hot spring soaking tub, and began relaxing in the mineral rich waters. Now, the soaking tubs are a pretty treasured spot, so I recommend getting there early if you want a little personal relaxation time. It did get a little busy as the day progressed, so have a little patience while waiting for a spot to open up.... and on the flip side, definitely enjoy your relaxation time, but make sure you aren't over staying your time in the mineral tubs, as they are limited. We made several new friends by sharing tubs, and enjoying the day. Definitely don't skip the Reflexology walk, which is a short walk through hot spring fed waters that hits pressure points on your feet! It hurts so good. There are also a few sauna's around, along with a heated swimming pool, Himalayan salt room and several spa's to keep you nice and relaxed. Our only regret is that we didn't book a room at the resort to enjoy more that the amazing Oasis had to offer!

We did a day trip to the spa. It is very remote/isolated and much smaller than pictured. The cafe is utilitarian, not spa like. The services were good, but when you add the 70$ per person day pass fee, it’s no bargain. Day guests are not allowed in the salt room. I spent 430$ for a dry brush and a facial (including day pass and 20% gratuity). It was a 40+ minute drive each way from our hotel near Palm Springs. Check in at spa and for services was slow, as was the cafe; a lot of waiting around. I agree with other reviewers that the outside of the building looked run down/ not nice. The inside seemed fine, but I certainly didn’t see any hiking trials. The drive to the spa is unattractive, desolate windmills. There is no town, or shops near the spa.

We rented a day pass for the hot springs, beginning around 4pm and didn’t feel the charge was reasonable given that the hot spring pools are very small and cannot be comfortably shared with strangers, so we had to stay in just one for the time we were there. The bathroom was disgusting - big chunks of hair everywhere, ran out of towels, dirty floors. Would not return. But the sunset view is nice if you stay low enough in the pools that you don’t see all the residential homes right next door.

The resort is lovely. They have put in beautiful landscaping and it's kept up well. While in the hottubs we were visited by humming birds and butterflies. Everything smelled clean and fresh. Inside the building and throughout. Management said they were fully booked for the weekend. But the pool and spa areas did not feel too crowded. Great stay. Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely loved this place and will be back! We booked two nights, room was spacious, comfy, and mineral tub was just outstandings. The grounds are very tranquil, the baths perfect temp, and every person there, staff and gets seem to get this is a place to chill. We didn't bother ordering or venturing out for food because the on site restaurant had great options and - unlike other hotels - was VERY fairly priced. Great value to just eat there and the food was really good! I've been enjoying water spas for several years, this one is a must-visit.

This was supposed to be a wholesome experience at a nice spa for the last day of the year, however, we ended up leaving the hotel after 5 minutes. We have booked the day at the spa with the treatments way in advance. Upon arrival the administrator told us that due to all the lockers being booked we can only have one locker, which meant we can only get one pair of slippers, one robe and one towel for the both of us. She apologised for not letting us know when the booking was made and gave us $20discount. While that’s not ideal given the prices of their services we agreed to let it go as we still wanted to enjoy the treatments. After opening the locker I’ve noticed there was no towel and the robe was soaking wet. We went back to the reception and asked for our money back because the whole situation was just unacceptable. The manager who was standing there was very impolite and refused to issue the refund. This was a very unpleasant experience and I hope the management makes improvements to their system to avoid situations like that arising in the future.
